#52 Still waiting for final date

I'm still waiting for a final production date, but should be any day now. For reasons beyond my understanding this project has been hit with every problem you can think of, plus some that you have not. Delay in schedule due to rule book being 12mm bigger than that in the original quote, which meant they had to change the quote, which then came to $7000 more than the original. That meant having all of the rule book files reduced in size.

All the files are now correct. I have signed the new quote, which is still $5000 more than the original. I'm am hoping the game will be ready in the next 45 to 60 days - will confirm when Panda get back to me.

I will be sending out the survey for addresses in June. Always best to leave this as close as possible to the shipping time - you would not believe how many people move house after giving you their old address.

#52 Final production date

OK, as long as there are no major catastrophes, the game will be ready to ship from Panda around the 20th June 2015. The delay then will be shipping to the US and Europe. I will check estimated shipping times and post when I know them.

#54 It's Done!

OK, Moongha Invaders has now been printed. It will be ready to ship from Panda in about a week. I have sent surveys to ask for your address. It is very important that you give your telephone number. Many of the games will be sent by courier, who will not ship without this information.

#58 Shipping

Just an update on shipping.

Europe. Slightly more difficult. 40-50 days estimated shipping but issues with the weight of the game. It has turned into a hefty 2.5kg which means that our usual UK fulfillment company, Spiral Galaxy Games, are not going to be able to ship outside of Europe unless by private courier, which I am aware is a problem in some countries and a problem for Treefrog Games paying shipping costs!

I am talking to a Chinese fulfillment company who also have a base in Germany as to the feasibility of them taking over Europe and the rest of the world...will update when I know more.

Please, please, if you have not filled your survey in,( and there are quite a few who haven`t) do so as soon as possible so we can get accurate numbers for Panda. They will not send the games out until you do!

Shipping from Panda has still not happened as I am waiting on the return of quite a number of surveys to get an accurate number of games that need to be shipped to different destinations. I have emailed all these folk but quite a lot have immediately bounced or I simply have not had a reply, so if anybody has friends who pledged and haven`t heard from me, please ask them to contact me directly at julia@treefroggames.com

#61 They are moving!!

The games are moving out from Panda in the next day or so. The USA and Canada pallets left the warehouse today. International folk that pledged at the $200 level will have been contacted by me already..your games are coming via Global Logistics.

The games for the UK, Europe and individual rest of the world people will receive their games from the UK fulfillment company we use, Spiral Galaxy Games. I am really hoping it will be before Essen but completely depends on when Global Logistics can get them on a boat.
