Comanda noua nu cred ca se mai poate face, proiectul Kickstarer s-a terminat de multa vreme. Doar daca nu accepta adaugari la un existing pledge. Aici trebuie sa vb cu Imba, el te poate lamuri.

Unde ai vazut ca au crescut vampire pack-ul la 241? eu tot 100 minis vad in el....nu am vazut update-ul asta pe site.

Buried in vampires

We have received the Vampire portion of the Bones minis.

We are still waiting for more Bones to arrive. However, we still anticipate beginning the shipping process in late March. With 18,000+ backers it will take several weeks for everyone’s rewards to actually leave our facility. The clock is ticking and it’s getting closer and closer! The wait is almost over!

This video is of us unloading just a bit more than one container. The full mezzanine shown here has about 1-1/4 containers worth stored up there. We also have 4, 20 foot pods full and some 60 pallets in storage waiting to be shipped. There’s a lot of miniatures and it's only the Vampire levels!

Refreshing and New

I very special thank you is in order this week to all of our Kickstarter backers.

Two things happened.

1) The "North Wing" of our building was finished Monday with the installation of the garage doors. we still need to hang lights, but you can see from this picture that we are already using this room to sort out reward levels.

2) Our very own plastic injection machine arrived yesterday. You can see it inside it's shipping container and installed on the floor. I personally think we should name it Thomas and I think you can probably see why in the photo.

Now we just have to get a mold for it to run... that and have the company rep come and show us how it works! There's lots of buttons, and dials, and doo-dads! So, now begins the learning curve and then the production analysis.

So yes, thank all of you for your support and we are very much looking forward to start sending you all of your miniatures soon!

Oh, Ship!

And the fun begins.

We sent the first test packages out yesterday to make sure our systems were working properly, we are working out the snags this morning, and will be shipping more out this afternoon!

So here are some details for you.

We will be shipping as much as we can muster everyday we can until all of the rewards are shipped.

We anticipate that this process will take us until sometime in May, 2013 to complete. There are over 18,000 backers at this point, and that’s a lot of orders to send out!

There will be a down time during our consumer appreciation show, Reaper Con. We will not be shipping any Kickstarter rewards during the duration of the show and for the two days before and after that week. So, from April 11th until April 23th there will be no activity.

Once the last rewards have shipped we will wait about a week and then we will begin shipping to distribution and making the new Bones available for general purchase for anyone that wants more or missed out entirely. So, no need to worry, you should get your backer rewards before they hit the retail shelves.

A couple of the biggest questions are. “What order are we shipping in and when will mine ship?”

We are shipping the orders with single items first (such as one Vampire Level) and working up to the most complicated orders last. This will allow us to build the order picking line over time and reduce the errors. Then, within that we are shipping in the order that you filled out the Reaper Pledge Manager, so first in, first out.

As far as when will your specific reward goes, we really can’t answer that question as there are a lot of variables to consider, but know it will be between today and sometime in May. Shy of some sort of error on the internet, you will get an email when your package(s) are processed and are being picked up by the carrier service. In most cases this will be UPS. If you are not domestic (US or Canada) it should be US postal service.

Lastly, if you need to change your address, do it now! Go back to the Reaper Pledge Manager and update your address there!

Inca nu am primit nici o notificare. Incerc maine sau luni sa ma duc sa vad cat avem de platit, si daca e o suma ok, voi face eu plata urmand sa colectez de la voi partea procentuala de taxe vamale.

Dar la fel de bine ma astept ca daca mergi acolo, pachetul sa astepte frumos pe raft si tanti/nenea sa traga din umeri cand ii intrebi unde iti este notificarea.
