We are currently sending all backers their link to download the Print and Play version of Hegemonic. It's about 95% the same as what is going to print. You will need a lot of colored cubes and some money/coins and a few odd ball figures. But it's all there to enjoy.

We're putting the final touches on the game to submit to the printer. We have also just sent out an update 1.1 of the print and play version of the game. The manual is the biggest change (mostly edits but the leaders are in now) and if you want you can download them directly here:

HegemonicPnP-GalaxyCoreFullSize.pdf contains a full size version of the centeral board as the other version is slightly reduced to fit on a normal peice of 8.5 x 11 paper.
Updated manual with Leaders art and text and a reference chart on the back plus edits
Added file HegemonicPnP-BaseUnitTokens.pdf for those who want printed tokens

inca un mic update...

SECOND STAGE: I know a lot of your backed our Manhattan Project package and that included the expansion Second Stage. But there were some delays in it's delivery so we expect to have them by May 22nd in our main warehouse. Within a week or so from that time we should get them to us and shipped out with the 3rd printing of the base game as well.
ARBITER TOKEN: We got the tokens in for and if you're getting 2nd stage expansion we'll toss your arbiter token in with that if you also ordered it.
As far as Hegemonic goes, the printer has all the files but they are moving slower then expected to do some problems with the quotes that raised our actual costs much to high with the full sculped minis. We're working on solutions but waiting on them for the last week.
